His tenure at ScribbleLive as CEO saw the company evolve into a leading content marketing software provider, recognized among Canada’s fastest-growing software companies. Earlier, at Pivotal Corp. and Rand Technologies, Mifsud played pivotal roles in scaling operations and executing successful IPOs, demonstrating his expertise in driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Scott Knoll
His strategic direction and success in scaling IAS culminated in a successful exit when the company was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2018. At Guideline, Scott’s extensive experience in scaling and growing marketing technology businesses plays a key role in driving the company’s growth. His expertise in advertising analytics and his proven track record in expanding technology platforms align with Guideline’s mission to provide innovative media intelligence and plan management solutions for advertisers and brands. Scott’s leadership in acquiring and integrating companies such as SQAD, Lumina, and Standard Media Index strengthens Guideline’s position as a leader in marketing technology, allowing it to better serve clients in navigating complex advertising ecosystems.
Scott’s career also includes founding Aperture, an audience targeting and measurement technology platform, and leading significant global initiatives at DoubleClick Inc., where he managed operations across Asia Pacific. His experience in building high-growth businesses, scaling technology platforms, and executing strategic acquisitions has made him a key figure in Guideline’s success, ensuring that the company continues to lead in delivering data-driven solutions for the marketing industry.

Earlier in his career, Matt held CEO, GM and senior executive leadership roles at companies including Eyefi, Corel, Rovi, Sonic Solutions, Serena Software, and Symantec. He has led global product, marketing, operational, and M&A initiatives in enterprise software, consumer products, and digital services markets.
